Tissue Paper Pom Poms

Thank you Martha Steward for the great ideas! I plan on making these for the patio and over the buffet table. Walmart has tissue paper for $.97 and Target has them for $.99. I hope I can find a big pack of Valentine tissue paper at our local craft store. I know Joanne has a 50% coupon online. I'm thinking 1 giant Pom and 6 large Poms for the patio and 5 small ones for the buffet table that will be setup inside.
How to make the Pom Poms:

You'll need 8 sheets (1 package) of tissue paper for each pom pom, fishing line and some floral wire.
1. Stack your 8 sheets of tissue.  Make 1 1/2 inch wide accordian folds, creasing with each fold.
2. Fold an 18 piece of floral wire in half, and slip over the center of folded tissue; twist.  With scissors, trim ends of tissue into rounded or pointy shapes.
3. Separate layers, pulling away from center one at a time.
4. Tie a length of fishing line to floral wire so you can hang them.
